"Decent overall, but the packaging was annoying"
My order showed up on time, which was nice, but the packaging was underwhelming. The box had a small dent and the item was kind of shifting around inside. Luckily, nothing was damaged, but since it was a personalized gift, I expected a little more care with how it was packed. Not a terrible experience, just a bit annoying.

"Easy updates the whole way"
I really appreciated how they kept me in the loop after I placed my order. The emails were clear, and I always knew what was happening with my gift, which made the whole thing way less stressful. No guessing, no chasing anyone down — always a win in my book.

"Helpful and responsive service"
So... I had a question about my order and the customer service team got back to me quickly. They answered what I needed and helped sort out a small issue with the personalization. It did take one extra email to fully clear things up, but they were nice and responsive the whole time. I’d use them again

I ordered a personalized gift and the whole checkout process was really smooth. Everything was easy to understand, the shipping options popped up right away, and I didn’t have to keep re-entering my info, which I always appreciate. I got the confirmation quickly too. Overall, no complaints at all — it was a really easy and pleasant experience.

"Nice item, but the engraving made a bad first impression"
My order did show up on time, and the item itself was actually nice. But the first impression wasn’t great because the engraving was a little off from what I typed. It wasn’t a huge mistake, but since it was a gift, it was definitely annoying. I double checked my order and everything looked right on my end, so I’m not sure what happened. It’s still usable, just not exactly what I wanted. I might order again, but I’d be kind of nervous about doing anything personalized next time

"Good tumbler, happy with it"
I ordered an engraved tumbler a few months back and I’ve been using it almost every day since. The engraving still looks nice, and it hasn’t picked up any major scratches, just the usual little marks from washing. Shipping was fine too. I took off one star because the box showed up a bit dented, but the tumbler itself was totally fine and feels solid.

The staff was really nice and helped me figure out the right gift, which I appreciated because I wasn’t totally sure what to pick. "A meaningful idea, but not quite what I expected"
I ordered a personalized frame for a family memory that really means a lot to us, so I had high hopes for it. The concept is lovely and I appreciated the sentimental aspect, but when it arrived, it didn’t feel quite as special in person. The engraving was fine, just smaller than I expected, and the frame itself felt a little cheaper than I thought it would for the price. I still gave it as a gift because the meaning behind it mattered, but i was a bit disappointed. It wasn’t really the keepsake I had pictured.

Not gonna lie, I was a little nervous ordering a personalized frame as a gift, but it turned out really nice. The engraving was clean and didn’t look faded or cheap at all, and the frame itself felt solid. It looked even better in person than I expected. I’d definitely order from them again.

I thought she was going to like it more than she did. It wasn’t terrible or anything, just didn’t really land the way I expected. Felt like maybe with a little better setup or clearer expectations, it could’ve been preventable...

"Easy return, quick refund"
I had to return an item, and it was way easier than I expected. The refund came through quickly too. Support was helpful and didn’t make the whole thing awkward or complicated. I even mentioned it to my sister because she’s always nervous about ordering online, but this was handled really well. I’d definitely order again

I ordered this as a gift last minute and wasn’t sure it would make it in time, but it arrived way sooner than I expected. I got the receipt and shipping emails right away, which was nice for keeping track of everything. The package was packed fine too, and overall I’m really happy with how quickly it got here

"A bit of a clown show, but they fixed it"
My order got messed up, which was annoying, and at first it felt like I was dealing with a bunch of goofballs. But after a few messages with support, they actually got it sorted out. Not the smoothest experience, but at least they fixed the problem
